OK, we have 9 hours time difference between us… but, Monday at 10am PT (7pm CET) would work for me.

Just adding further context for the issue here. My network setup at CI had an assigned internal IP for the eaasi server and the eaasi server’s external IP was not reachable within the network. As a result, the nginx container could not reach the images stored on the machine. The front end, however, could reach the server because it was directed to localhost whereas the other containers were not.

To resolve this issue (albeit temporarily), I modified my /etc/hosts file to explicitly link eaasi.csuci.edu to its internal IP. This way, the containers could resolve things correctly. Thanks to @oooleg for helping me figure this out for now.
