Just a quick note to mention that I have had a poster proposal accepted at the Society of American Archivists’ ARCHIVES*RECORDS 2021 conference! The poster, “Initial Findings from the 2021 SPN Hosted Emulation Services Pilot”, will address some of our first impressions and challenges from inside the EaaSI team from January-June 2021, hopefully from a mix of qualitative and quantitative data.
(For those actively participating in the pilot, I will absolutely be sharing the poster, its design, and any accompanying conclusions or data with you all for review, ahead of the submission deadline! This is intended as a pathway to start sharing the broad themes and EaaSI staff experiences that have already been emerging from our ongoing discussions more widely)
For everyone else - do please drop by (virtually) the first week of August, if you can. My understanding is that posters will be up on the conference platform the entire week, and there is no dedicated presentation session for synchronous questions or discussion, but I will try to keep myself available that week for questions via email or the conference chat system.
