Ethan and I are so excited to kick-off this pilot with all of you!
Once we have everyone’s responses to the scheduling poll for the Pilot Kick-off Meeting (Pacific/AEDT and (Central/Mountain/Eastern), we will send out the calendar invite and agenda for the meeting.

As we move through our pilot activities, I will post the activity to the forum and tag all of you, which will send a notification to the institutional email address that you provided in the Pilot Confirmation form. This will allow us to cut down on the amount of places you all have to look to find all the information you need for a given activity. Our discussions and reflections about each activity will also take place asynchronously on the forum so please do BOOKMARK THE EaaSI Community Forum!
We ask that you complete the activities using the worksheets provided for you in your designated EaaSI Pilot Google Workspace. Permissions to your Google Workspace have also been shared with any alternative gmail addresses provided in the Pilot Confirmation form.
