I hope you all had a happy holiday season. We’ll be picking up our bimonthly EaaSI network calls in 2023 on the same schedule, the first Tuesday of every other month - meaning our next call is Tuesday, February 7, at 4pm ET / 3pm CT / 1pm PT.
A couple of things: first, we’ve made a few tweaks behind the scenes, and the running EaaSI call’s Zoom room has moved from Educopia’s account to Yale’s. That unfortunately also meant we had to delete the long-standing running calendar invite. If you use Google Calendar, you may have already received a cancellation notice from @jmeyerson yesterday. The date and time of the meeting has not changed, but the Zoom link did!
The pinned call topic for the call info has been updated with the correct Zoom invitation. I have also been able to convert the Forum topic to an “Event” page, which allows you to RSVP and get reminders and notifications from Discourse if desired. There is also a link on the Event page, which I am attaching here as well, to an ICS file that you can use to add the recurring call info to your own Outlook, Google Calendar, or other system of choice:

You may have to remove the lingering, old calendar invite from your calendar manually.
- If the invite has a
us02web.zoom.uslink: that is the wrong invite! Delete it! - If the invite has a
yale.zoom.uslink: that is the correct invite! Keep it and join us on Feb. 7!

With all that out of the way: this is also an open call for agenda items or demos! If you’ve got an emulation use case, workflow, or curation question you’ve been thinking through at your organization and would like to discuss in more detail with other EaaSI users, please let us know!
