Hmm, thanks for the follow-up Tim. Indeed, the first problem you reported (the “NavigationDuplicated” message when editing the details on an Environment) is a known issue with the hosted service that can appear, but seems entirely cosmetic, edits made are saved as expected. It is on the queue, but we’re trying to focus fixes first on any issues actively blocking use cases…such as your second problem. Let me take a closer look and get back to you.
Also, this is an issue of design on our end, but FYI if you go to the “Manage Node” → “Troubleshooting” menu directly after encountering an error message, you can download the same Front-End Stack Trace/Web-API event list that appears in the error screen, rather than needing to copy/paste the giant block of text. (As I say, that’s a design problem in the UI on our end. The dev team is working on getting more thorough debugging info out of the front-end in general and we’ll try to change up the way error screens offer up info to the user at the same time)
