Hey hey folks! Somehow it’s already been a month and it’s time to share out details for the next meeting of the Architectural and Design Records Conversation Group on Monday, September 22!!
(Please note, especially for folks who made it to the first calls - you’re not hallucinating, we have pushed these meetings back a week from what we’d originally planned! My apologies, September has already been hectic and I also wanted to leave some space for folks to prioritize the SPN Law & Policy group’s conversation on Fair Use on Sep. 15, which you should totally also join if you can!!!)
Once again, we’ll convene at two different time slots on the 22nd, but the rough agenda for both will be the same - we’re hoping to center the conversation this time around acquisition - both in the sense of building domain-specific collections of software to support your institution’s other collecting priorities, and inserting specifics about software dependencies into existing acquisition workflows.
