As we wind down 2023, first a word of gratitude for you all - it has been a year of big transition for the EaaSI program but the wealth of enthusiasm, understanding, and expertise in the community keeps this as exciting and fresh an effort to work on as ever.
A quick word regarding the bimonthly EaaSI Network calls and our schedule for 2024: though we were technically due to have another call at the beginning of January, @wendy.hagenmaier and myself have decided to hold off and have our next community call instead on March 12, 2024 (still in the usual 4pm ET / 3pm CT / 1pm PT time slot), as a wrap-up for the first quarter of 2024. First and foremost, we just want to give everyone a much-needed break in January rather than rushing anyone back into “the office”; we’re also hopeful, given the pace of ongoing business + service planning discussions, that we’ll have some concrete details to share regarding EaaSI’s post-grant model, updates to the development roadmap, and more to ensure a productive conversation on community outreach and engagement efforts for 2024.
The pinned Network call thread has been updated with Zoom and calendar info for this next “Q1 2024” call in March:
