SSL/TLS Disruption [RESOLVED]

Hello @us-hosted - our apologies, but the Let’s Encrypt TLS certificate on hosted.eaasi.cloud seems to have accidentally expired today. Depending on your browser cache and settings, you may be experiencing feature disruptions, security warnings from your browser, or may not even being able to log in at all.

We will restore the certificate ASAP and I will update this thread when we expect service to be fully restored. In the meantime, you can pass through the security warnings on your browser if you wish, but the “Save to My Node” feature in particular will experience errors.

My apologies for the inconvenience!

Hey Ethan! Thanks for the update! I just wanted to chime in and say unfortunately I’m not able to pass through the security warnings (even if I turn off any security protection I have) on Firefox or Chrome.

thanks @monique_lassere - I should have said you “may” be able to pass through the security warnings on your browser, I can’t quite tell why some folks seem to still be able to get to the login or not, it may depend on browser settings and extensions, etc etc. Hopefully this will be a moot point shortly, Oleg is seeking a resolution as we speak.

Update @us-hosted - we believe the certificate issue has been resolved and regular service on hosted.eaasi.cloud should be restored. The Let’s Encrypt certificate for the domain had been correctly renewed by the back-end server but the new details were not properly picked up by the front-end’s web proxy. This has been fixed and all components will properly pick up on the automated renewal in the future.

Please let us know if you experience any further disruption related to browser security/TLS warnings. Thank you!

Hey Ethan! I figured as much! I can get in now but the new environment I created wasn’t found (Windows3.0 + Ami Pro 1.2 with Ashbery Content, to some effect). I’ll check back a bit later before attempting again?
