User / Password management

Hi - I created a user but didn’t save the auto-generated password. How can I find it/get a new password for the user?

If you navigate to the “Manage Users” page, then select “Details” for the user in question, there should be an option for “Reset Password”:

The interface will briefly display a temporary password again, so I do recommend copy/pasting to provide to the user immediately (though you can select “Reset Password” as many times as needed).

There is no way that I’m aware of at this time to go back and see the temporary password again if you lose the pop-up before having a chance to copy it elsewhere.
